• Introduction to Yoga & its Philosophy: Understanding the Eight Limbs of Yoga, Yoga's history and traditions.
• Asana Fundamentals: Proper alignment, breathing techniques (pranayama), modifications and contraindications for various asanas.
• Basic Standing Poses (Sthira Sukham Asanam): Sun salutations (Surya Namaskar), mountain pose (Tadasana), warrior poses (Virabhadrasana), triangle pose (Trikonasana), and forward bends.
• Seated Asanas & Spinal Flexibility: Improving posture and flexibility through seated forward bends, spinal twists, and seated meditation poses.
• Backbends & Chest Openers: Building strength and flexibility in the spine and chest, understanding the benefits and cautions.
