• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Principles & Frameworks: Defining CSR, exploring various frameworks (GRI, SDGs, UN Global Compact), and understanding stakeholder engagement.
• Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Investing & Reporting: ESG factors, materiality assessments, sustainability reporting standards (SASB, GRI), and impact investing.
• Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD): Conducting HRDD assessments, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing remediation strategies in supply chains and operations.
• Business and Human Rights: The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and their application in addressing human rights impacts.
• Labor Rights and Fair Labor Practices: International labor standards, child labor, forced labor, freedom of association, and collective bargaining.
• Ethical Sourcing and Supply Chain Management: Sustainable procurement, ethical sourcing practices, and managing human rights risks throughout the supply chain.
