• Equity Valuation: Relative valuation methods, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
• Stock Market Valuation Methods: A comprehensive overview of all major valuation approaches, including their strengths and weaknesses.
• Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Building financial models, projecting future cash flows, and sensitivity analysis.
• Risk Management in Stock Valuation: Understanding and mitigating risks associated with different valuation techniques and market conditions.
• Industry and Competitive Analysis: Porter's Five Forces, SWOT analysis, and competitive landscape assessment for informed valuation.
• Dividend Discount Models: Different approaches to valuing stocks based on expected future dividend payments.
• Valuation of Special Situations: Analyzing and valuing companies undergoing restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, or distress.

Assessment

The evaluation process is conducted through the submission of assignments, and there are no written examinations involved.
