• Project Cycle Management (PCM) in Humanitarian Contexts: Planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in emergency response and recovery.
• Humanitarian Needs Assessment & Analysis: Conducting effective needs assessments, data collection and analysis, and vulnerability mapping.
• Financial Management & Compliance in Humanitarian Aid: Understanding financial regulations, donor compliance, internal controls, and audit trails.
