• Human-Centered Design: Understanding user research methodologies, user personas, journey mapping, and ethnographic research for creating user-centric solutions.
• Ideation and Innovation Techniques: Exploring brainstorming, sketching, mind mapping, SCAMPER, and other creative problem-solving methods to generate innovative design solutions.
• Prototyping and Testing: Developing low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, conducting user testing, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs based on data.
• Design Thinking for Complex Problems: Applying Design Thinking to address wicked problems and systemic challenges within organizations and communities.
• Design Thinking & Business Strategy: Integrating Design Thinking principles into business models, strategy development, and innovation management.
