• Primary Survey & Life Support: ABCDE approach, CPR, choking management, and recovery position.
• Bleeding Control & Wound Management: Types of bleeding, wound cleaning and dressing, shock management, and tourniquet application.
• First Aid for Common Injuries: Fractures, sprains, strains, dislocations, and burns (including sunburns).
• First Aid for Medical Emergencies: Asthma, anaphylaxis, seizures, diabetic emergencies, and heatstroke.
• Wilderness First Aid: Considerations specific to outdoor settings, including evacuation procedures and improvisation.
• Child & Adolescent Specific First Aid: Recognising the unique needs and vulnerabilities of this population.
